By using Checkout Hub to complete a Temu order via our Moroccan proxy payment systems, you actively agree to the following terms constraint.

1. Service Operation

Checkout Hub acts as a proxy purchasing service. We are not legally affiliated with Temu. We process local Moroccan payments (CIH Bank, Wafacash, Cash Plus, Orange Money), and upon clearance, our agents place the specified order on the global Temu platform on your behalf.

2. Pricing & Payments

The total price generated upon link extraction includes the foundational cost of your cart plus any applicable proxy service fees for facilitating the local Moroccan exchange to international currency. You are obligated to fulfill the exact amount requested over WhatsApp. Orders are not processed until full payment is verified.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Because the physical purchase is finalized immediately on Temu following your confirmation of local payment, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once the order is placed on Temu's servers. Please carefully review your extracted cart links before committing the local payment. Any issues regarding defective physical items must be relayed properly conforming to Temu's base policies, at which point our support team will assist in escalating the claim as the original proxy buyer.

4. Liability & Shipping

Checkout Hub is not liable for international shipping delays, customs inspections, or generalized logistics issues stemming internally from the Temu marketplace or local fulfillment curriers inside Morocco (like Speedaf).
